Why only healthcare?
Healthcare buying patterns in the UAE are different from e-commerce, B2B or real estate. Patients book on WhatsApp. Families decide over 5 to 7 days. Trust is built before price. Most agencies miss these patterns because they run campaigns for 10 verticals at once. We do not.
Who runs the campaigns?
Access One is a founder-led specialist team. Youssef Hajri leads strategy and oversees every account directly. Around him sits a team of media buyers, landing page specialists, conversion tracking engineers and account managers who execute the day-to-day work.
What kind of healthcare businesses do you work with?
Three sub-verticals: clinics (aesthetic, dental, medical, cosmetic), home healthcare brands (home nursing, elderly care, mother and baby, post-surgery), and beauty salons. We do not take clients outside these three groups.
Do you build landing pages?
Yes. A campaign and a landing page are one system. We will not run Google Ads against a landing page we have not signed off on, because we will be blamed for the booking rate it produces.
Do you handle conversion tracking and WhatsApp setup?
Yes. Server-side conversion tracking, WhatsApp click tracking, offline conversion uploads from your CRM and call conversion setup are all included as standard for every account.
Do you run Meta Ads, TikTok or social media?
No. We run Google Ads exclusively. If your business needs Meta, we will tell you and recommend a partner. We will not pretend to be a full-service agency.
How much does it cost?
Pricing depends on scope. We share a clear, fixed monthly retainer on the first call once we understand your business, your offer and your current setup. The minimum monthly Google Ads spend we typically work with is AED 5,000.
What is the minimum contract length?
We work month-to-month after the first 3 months. The first 3 months are needed to fix tracking, rebuild the landing page if needed, and gather enough data for Smart Bidding to learn.

Do you take a percentage of ad spend?
No. We charge a fixed monthly retainer regardless of how much you spend on Google Ads. Percentage-of-spend models give the agency the wrong incentive (spend more, earn more) which is bad for healthcare clients.

Do I need a Google Ads account already?
No. If you do not have one, we create one for you. If you have one, we audit and rebuild it. We always operate inside an account you own.
Do I need a CRM?
Strongly recommended. Without a CRM, offline conversion uploads back to Google Ads are difficult, and Smart Bidding will optimise for form fills instead of paying patients.
