The challenge
Neo Home Healthcare was launching with three distinct service lines (baby care, elder care, physiotherapy at home) and no historical Google Ads account. Generic launch campaigns from prior agencies had not worked for similar new brands in the UAE. We needed to launch with discipline, not enthusiasm.
What we did
1. Built three campaigns, not one
Baby care, elder care and home physio are three different patient decisions with three different urgency levels. We launched a separate campaign per service line on day one rather than trying to do "home healthcare" as a single funnel.
2. Wrote service-led landing pages
Each campaign got a dedicated landing page that led with the service name in the headline, real photos of the clinic team, transparent price ranges and one clear action: WhatsApp consult.
3. Pre-installed tracking before traffic
GA4, Google Ads conversions, WhatsApp click tracking and CRM offline conversion uploads were live before campaigns went on. The first 200 leads were already attributable end-to-end.
4. Daily Smart Bidding feed in week 1
Most agencies wait 14 days before letting Smart Bidding take over. We seeded conversions daily and switched to Max Conversions on day 4 because the tracking signal was clean enough.
Results
- First qualified patient booking inside 48 hours of campaign launch
- 180+ qualified leads per month by month 3
- CPL roughly 38% below the public industry baseline for Dubai home healthcare
- All three service lines profitable by month 2
- Foundation set for an aggressive scale-up in months 5-6
