The challenge
Beauty Garden was generating WhatsApp inquiries across every treatment they offered - hair, threading, facials, laser - with no real focus. The team spent half the day triaging "what is this asking about" before booking anything. They wanted to lead with brazilian hair straightening (their highest-margin treatment) and structure acquisition around it.
What we did
1. Made brazilian the hero, not the everything
We rebuilt the salon Google Ads around one headline treatment: brazilian hair straightening. The landing page led with the price (AED 499 first-time offer, range for repeat clients), 1 photo of the actual treatment chair, and a single WhatsApp button. Everything else went to the background.
2. Tower-specific JLT targeting
JLT has 80+ residential towers within 5 minutes. We used radius targeting plus ad copy that mentioned specific tower clusters where the salon was easiest to reach by foot. CTR roughly doubled.
3. WhatsApp pre-fill with the treatment name
The WhatsApp button pre-filled with "Hi Beauty Garden, I want to ask about Brazilian hair straightening at AED 499." Front desk no longer had to triage. Reply-to-book time dropped from 7 minutes to under 2.
4. Repeat-client sequence at 8-week mark
Brazilian is a roughly 8-12 week rebook treatment. We added a soft re-engagement WhatsApp at the 7-week mark that converted into ~25% rebook rate without any new ad spend.
Results
- 320+ qualified WhatsApp inquiries per month, almost all brazilian-focused
- Average CPL of ~AED 28 across the JLT campaign
- Inquiry-to-booking rate around 35% (up from ~12% before)
- ~25% rebook rate at 8-week mark from automated WhatsApp follow-up
- Brazilian straightening became the top revenue treatment within 4 months
