About the role
Google Ads sends the traffic. The landing page decides whether it turns into a patient. You will build treatment-level landing pages, run structured tests, and be able to say honestly whether a change worked rather than whether it looked better.
What you will actually do
- Build fast, mobile-first landing pages for specific treatments
- Design and run A/B tests with enough discipline that the result means something
- Get pages loading properly on a mid-range Android on 4G, which is what most of our traffic actually uses
- Write and test headlines, form copy and CTA wording
- Work within Google Ads healthcare policy and DHA advertising rules
- Report on test results including the ones that failed
What we need from you
- HTML and CSS you write yourself, not only via a page builder
- Real understanding of Core Web Vitals and how to fix a poor LCP
- You have run tests where the result contradicted your expectation and you accepted it
- Mobile-first as a genuine default rather than a responsive afterthought
- Comfortable being measured on conversion rate rather than aesthetics
Nice to have
- JavaScript
- Figma
- Arabic RTL layout experience
- Healthcare or regulated-industry copy experience
How this application works
Upload your CV, then answer 7 questions written specifically for this role. They are not personality questions. They are the kind of problems you would be handling here in week one.
There is no time limit and you can take as long as you want. We would rather read four considered answers than twelve rushed ones. Applications without answers are not reviewed.
