About the role
Clinics have no content and no idea how to make it. You will go on site, shoot, write, edit and publish. This role suits someone who has personally grown an account and understands that the algorithm rewards a specific kind of thing rather than general effort.
What you will actually do
- Shoot on-site content at clinics and salons across Dubai
- Write and edit Reels and TikToks that hold attention past three seconds
- Write captions and hooks that do not sound like a brand wrote them
- Run content calendars for multiple healthcare accounts
- Turn one shoot day into thirty pieces of content
- Work within medical content rules on claims, patients and consent
What we need from you
- You have made content that genuinely performed and can prove it
- Comfortable on camera or directing someone who is
- Editing on CapCut, Premiere or equivalent, fast
- Writing that sounds human rather than corporate
- You watch what is working right now, constantly, as a habit
Nice to have
- Arabic content
- You have grown a personal account past 10k
- Photography
- Healthcare or beauty content experience
