About the role

Agency finance has a specific problem: we pass through large amounts of client ad spend that is not our revenue, on cards, across dozens of accounts, in multiple currencies. Getting that reconciled correctly and invoiced cleanly is the job.

What you will actually do

Client invoicing across retainers, ad spend and one-off projects
Reconcile Google and Meta ad spend against what we billed
Manage receivables and chase overdue clients without damaging relationships
Payroll coordination and staff expenses
VAT returns and FTA compliance
Monthly P&L and per-client profitability reporting

What we need from you

3+ years in accounting with UAE VAT experience
Xero, Zoho Books, QuickBooks or similar
Excel to a genuine standard
Comfortable chasing payment politely but persistently
Accurate. This role has no tolerance for approximate

Nice to have

Agency or professional services finance
Multi-currency reconciliation
Arabic
Part-qualified ACCA, CMA or equivalent
