The reason most healthcare landing pages in Dubai bounce at 70 percent is not the page. The page is fine. The problem is the gap between the ad hook and the first thing the patient sees.

There is one rule that fixes this.

The hook to page rule

The promise in the ad headline has to be in the first 100 pixels of the landing page, in the same language, on the same line.

If the ad says "Botox in Dubai, From AED 599", the first thing the patient sees has to say "Botox in Dubai" and "From AED 599". Not "Premium Aesthetic Treatments". Not "Welcome to our Clinic". Not "Voted #1 in Dubai".

If those two pieces are not in the first 100 pixels, the patient assumes they clicked the wrong link. They go back.

Why this is so common in healthcare

Healthcare brands like to talk about themselves on the landing page. Clinic name first. Credentials second. Treatment list buried below the fold. The hero image is the building exterior.

The ad sold "Botox in Dubai from 599". The page is delivering "Welcome to Premium Clinic, established 2017". Those are different things. The patient came for one. You showed them the other.

This is not a copy problem. It is a continuity problem.

How we check it

We open the live ad. We screenshot the headline. We click the ad. We screenshot the first viewport of the landing page on mobile. We put them side by side.

If the screenshots feel like the same page, the hook to page rule passes. If they feel like two different brands, it does not.

About 8 out of 10 clinics in Dubai we audit fail this on first inspection.

What changes when you fix it

The numbers we typically see when only the hero section is rewritten to match the ad:

The campaign was already delivering the right patient. The page was throwing them away.

The point

Patients in Dubai do not give your page the benefit of the doubt. They give it 2 seconds to confirm they are in the right place. If the headline of the ad does not show up at the top of the page, in the same words, you lose them.

This is the cheapest, fastest change you can make to a healthcare Google Ads landing page. Do it before you do anything else.
