A Dubai aesthetic clinic owner asked me last month if AED 180 was a good CPL for hydrafacial. The honest answer was: probably yes, but the question was wrong. CPL without context means nothing. Here are the real ranges across 20+ Dubai aesthetic clinics we run.

CPL by treatment, Dubai 2026

Why the range is so wide

CPL depends on five variables, not one:

The right benchmark question

Instead of "is AED 180 a good CPL?", ask:

If yes, the CPL is fine regardless of what it is. If no, no CPL is low enough.

The CPL trap

Some Dubai clinics push CPL down at the cost of lead quality. They tighten targeting, add restrictive form fields, raise the "must be in this area" filters. CPL drops. Booked patients drop further.

We have seen clinics cut CPL from AED 180 to AED 110 and watch their cost per booked patient go from AED 480 to AED 720. The dashboard improved. The bank account did not.

What to do with this

If your treatment-level CPL is inside our range, leave it alone. Focus on improving close rate. If it is outside, the issue is usually one of:

The point

CPL ranges for Dubai aesthetic clinics are wide and depend on area, season and definition. Use these numbers as orientation, not targets. The metric that actually matters is cost per booked patient relative to lifetime value. CPL is a vanity midpoint between the two.
