What we collect

From professionals: name, contact details, nationality, location, profession, specialty, experience, licence status and number, languages, job preferences, salary expectations, and your CV if you upload one. From clinics: company name, contact person, contact details and hiring requirements.

Why we collect it

To match healthcare professionals with clinics that are hiring. That is the only purpose. We do not sell your data, we do not use it for advertising, and we do not share it with anyone other than a clinic we are introducing you to.

Your consent

We store your details because you asked us to by submitting the form. Sharing your profile with a specific clinic is a separate choice. If you ticked the box allowing it, we will still tell you before we introduce you to anyone.

How long we keep it

Two years from your last contact with us, unless you ask us to delete it sooner or ask us to keep it longer.

Your rights

You can ask to see what we hold, correct it, or have it deleted, at any time, by emailing talent@axcads.com. We will action deletion requests within 30 days and confirm when it is done. You do not need to give a reason.

Security

Profiles and CVs are stored on our server and are not publicly accessible. Access is limited to the people who run the matching.

Legal basis and complaints

We process your data with your consent and to take the steps you asked us to take, under UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data. If we have not resolved something to your satisfaction, you can complain to the UAE Data Office.

How this fits with our main policy

This notice governs Access Medical Talent. Our main privacy policy covers everything else, including cookies and analytics, where data is stored, international transfers and your full list of rights. It applies to this service too.

Cost

Access Medical Talent is free for professionals and we will never charge you a fee to be placed. Clinics pay a placement fee only on a successful hire.
